For the Almaz Group of Companies, service was, is and will always be one of the main conditions.

Our service is an effective and efficient, highly qualified assistance to our partners in the regions in their activities.

Upon purchase of the equipment, the factory is guaranteed to provide:

• operation and maintenance documentation;
• original spare parts;
• training of service technicians and machine operators.

Conditions of service at specialized centers of the Almaz TH:

• pre-sale preparation (comprehensive diagnostics of the machinery);
• warranty service and repair of equipment (if necessary) for 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance certificate;
• seasonal service at the end of agricultural season during the warranty period;
• post-warranty preparation (on a paid basis).

Warranty service is performed with mandatory observation of the maintenance rules, allowing you to keep the machinery in its original state as long as possible:

• preparation for long-term storage;
• maintenance on a shift basis, etc.

Service abroad

The service is provided by your local or regional dealer.
