Subsurface plow STAVR PG-7 is designed for the primary cultivation of fallow lands, autumn tillage with maximum preservation of stubble and other crop residues on the field surface after cereal and hoed forecrops in order to prevent soil aeolation.

The STAVR PG-7 plow completely cuts up weed roots to a depth of 15-30 cm, so that the stubble remaining on the field surface retains the snow and protects the soil from blowing and washing away, facilitates moisture accumulation.

It is used in steppe areas with insufficient and unstable moistening and soils prone to aeolation.

Advantages of the subsurface plow STAVR PG-7:

• Two types of hitches are available: – for attachment to K-744 tractors; – for attachment to foreign-made tractors;
• Tools consisting of two angled plowshares and chisels perform complete weeding, loosen the soil with maximum stubble preservation.
• Prevents soil aeolation (due to snow retention).
• Plowshares and chisels are coated with hard alloy to improve wear resistance.
• Convenient for transportation. Switched to the transport position using a hydraulic system.
• Adjustable tool Adjustable approach (drift) angle when working on solid soils.
• Simple design and adjustment.

The subsurface plow can work with a field surface slope up to 8°, soil humidity within 12-22% and hardness up to 3.5 MPa (35 kgf/cm²).
